Now it's your turn to be their hero
For over 50 years, we’ve been leading the way in care for older people, but we’ve never faced a challenge like the one we do today. We operate over 100 care homes across England and our residents need your help to meet the challenge of these unprecedented times.
Do you have the passion and enthusiasm needed to give our residents the care they deserve? We need you and we have short-term and full-time care, catering and housekeeping roles with flexible hours. We’ve also created the new and unique role of Welfare Assistant.
Becoming a Welfare Assistant is your opportunity to bring our residents extra happiness and companionship during a time when they could otherwise feel lonely and isolated. You’ll be responsible for a range of things including helping residents to keep in touch with friends and relatives online, talking with them to keep their spirits up or simply making them a nice cup of tea. Find out more.
You don’t need any previous experience of care – we’ll give you all the training and support you need. Plus, with guaranteed key worker status and a high-speed recruitment process, you’ll be able to start making a difference within days of contacting us.
