As a Home Manager in an Anchor care home, you’ll use your skills, experience and leadership to create an environment where outstanding person-centred care is consistently delivered. You’ll be the figurehead of the home and manage teams of dedicated and passionate people. You will ensure the home remains compliant with CQC and Safeguarding standards.
Reporting to the Home Manager, deputy managers are responsible for all aspects of care delivery within the care home. You will aid in ensuring the home remains compliant with CQC and Safeguarding standards.
This is a vital role that supports the Home Manager with important day-to-day financial and organisational administration. You will be helping to manage a budget and aid in ensuring the home runs efficiently.
