As the government gradually lifts some of the lockdown restrictions, we are looking at how and where we can carry out repairs to our properties while ensuring the safety of residents and contractors. You can now report all repairs in the usual way. Either speak to your manager, use the form below or call the Repairs Desk on 0345 604 0121.
Reporting a non-emergency repair
Existing Anchor Hanover residents living in housing schemes without a manager based on site can report a non-emergency repair using our online form below.
If your housing scheme has a manager, please report the repair to them instead of using this form.
A member of our Customer Service Support team will get in touch when they receive your form to get details of your repair and advise of next steps and timescales – so please ensure you leave correct contact details below.
Reporting an urgent or emergency repair
Urgent repairs can be logged with the Repairs Desk by calling on phone 0345 604 0121 between 8am - 6pm Monday-Friday, and 8am - 4pm on Saturday.
