Guide to MyAccount
MyAccount allows Anchor Hanover residents living in legacy Anchor properties to securely access your rental and leaseholder account details online. We are currently in the process of updating this for legacy Hanover residents and it will be launched in Summer 2020.
The information that you can see on your easy to use MyAccount profile is live, so it’s up-to-date. It is the same information used by us at Anchor Hanover.
Why register for MyAccount
If you already live in an Anchor Hanover leasehold or rental property, or want to apply for rental housing, registering for MyAccount will enable you to:
- Complete an online application form
- Manage your rent or service charge account
- Contact us with feedback
- Give notice to terminate your tenancy
- Update your details
- Set up a Direct Debit
- Make online payments
