New retirement property developments
As England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people over 55, Anchor has an ambitious growth strategy and clear vision for the future.
Our development programme, both currently on-site and planned, will deliver hundreds of new properties over the next four years. Secure funding is in place to both deliver these properties and acquire additional development opportunities for future growth.
We believe our programme of exciting and innovative new developments demonstrate our commitment to meeting the changing aspirations of older people.
