New retirement property developments

As England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people over 55, Anchor has an ambitious growth strategy and clear vision for the future.

Our development programme, both currently on-site and planned, will deliver hundreds of new properties over the next four years. Secure funding is in place to both deliver these properties and acquire additional development opportunities for future growth. 

We believe our programme of exciting and innovative new developments demonstrate our commitment to meeting the changing aspirations of people in later life.

Shared ownership and rented developments

Anchor Hanover are proud to announce five new developments which will feature in Cheshire, Hampshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.

Starting construction in 2021, these developments will offer a range of mixed tenure housing solutions throughout England with anticipated handovers from late 2022, driving us towards our goal of creating 3,200 new homes before 2027.

The Twynams

Nestled in the heart of Hampshire, between Winchester and Southampton, The Twynams is a place for people who want more from later life; more memories to cherish, more friends to share them with, and more of the finer things to discover and savour.
