Promoting health and wellbeing in the community
At Anchor Hanover we work with community and hospital teams to deliver essential preventative services.
Through our proactive and supportive approach we promote both physical and mental health and wellbeing so that older people can live full, happy and worry free lives in the company of caring, supportive people within safe, secure and affordable homely surroundings.
Anchor Hanover retirement housing properties and Anchor care homes all promote relationships between our customers and the community they live in. We recognise that being interested in what is going on and taking part in your local community is a vital part of a fulfilled life. We work to foster strong relationships with local groups which both bring people into our properties, and offer customers with opportunities to go out, meet new people and take part in new experiences in order to tackle isolation and loneliness.
